This 110-page book follows the scriptures, verse by verse, and examines the relationships among the events, parables, and miracles of Jesus. Often, two or more elements go together; a story illustrates the spiritual interpretation of a question or situation. Instead of taking quotes out of context to fit a political or social agenda, this reading calls us to shift our outlook to align with the way Christ leads us through his actions and words.

Laura E Adams has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon and a master’s in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. She taught in Thailand, China, and the United States. Later, she edited a college magazine and a morning news broadcast. She currently lives in Oregon with her husband, two kids, and a small menagerie of pets.
